Shipping policy

Free delivery within Singapore (except CBD, Tuas, Sentosa) on all orders over $88. Purchases after discount must be minimum $88 to enjoy free delivery.

For orders below $88, there will be a $7.90 delivery fee.

Confirmation will be sent via email once we received your order. If you do not receive an email, do reach out to us at order@cookiedealersg.com.

As cookies are baked fresh, do give us (3) to (5) days excluding Sundays and PH to send out your order. Do let us know if you have a preferred delivery day and we can work something out. An email will be sent to you on the day of delivery.

Do ensure that someone is home to receive the bakes at the scheduled date and time of delivery. In the event that no one is home to receive the bakes, our courier may leave them outside the premises (e.g. riser). If such situation arise, Cookie Dealer Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for missing or ruined products.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during check-out is correct. Otherwise, re-delivery charges will be applicable depending on external courier rates (with date and time to be advised). 

Self collect options only available at 68 Jalan Jurong Kechil #01-40 S(596180).
